Merging time honoured European techniques and artisanal style, our butcher shop offers a wide variety of sausages made one by one with in-house spice blends, prime cuts of AAA Alberta beef, Ontario and Quebec pork, New Zealand lamb, and fresh grain-fed Ontario chicken.

Using the fewest possible additives and preservatives, we make regular use of our state of the art smokehouse, offering delicious products such as double smoked sausages, and rustic country bone-in hams.
